I wrote about my experience with Poise Microliner as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars. #PoisewithSAM
The older I get, the more of a daredevil I become. It started when I rode a zipline rollercoaster a few years back. As soon as I finished that thrilling ride, I jumped off a ledge for a free fall. It was exhilarating!
I’ve been bitten by the adventure bug, and there’s no turning back now; I’ve got plans. so here’s my list of 5 daredevil thrill-seeking pee-inducing (<— because I’m realistic) bucket list must-do’s.
I’m talking mountain rappelling here, not that walk down the side of a building nonsense a la The Bachelor. It’s got to be on a mountain. Go big or curl up with a blanket and stick your thumb in your mouth (which I’ll probably be doing afterwards).
2. White Water Rafting
We’re talking Class 5 rapids, folks. I’d say six, but that’s basically a death wish, so that’s not happening. Shoot, Class 5 might not even be happening… but Class 4 minimum.
Not just daylight zorbing….oh no. I want to go at night when it’s even spookier! My brain matter will probably never have the same arrangement of cells after I topsy turvy down the hill and jumble my insides into pudding, but I like pudding, so there.
4. Cage Diving with Sharks
This is a horrible idea, right? Yet, I can’t help but want to do it. Perhaps I’m an idiot.
5. Bungee Jumping
I DO NOT WANT TO do this at all. AT ALL. That’s why I’m going to make myself do it. It’s not so much the falling that gets to me, it’s the fact it happens over and over repeatedly.
Darn near positive that I’ll pee my pants (or worse) during every one of these daredevil activities.
On that note, how come just just as the thrill-seeking adventure loving part of my personality is increasing, the ability to hold on tightly to my inner liquidity is decreasing? Dang that LBL.
And thank goodness for Poise.
If you have any doubts about how absorbent it is, check out my Poise absorbency experiment. You might not believe your eyes.
What daredevil thrill-seeking Poise-requiring must-do’s are on your bucket list?
