I’m sharing #Ricola in my life as part of a Ricola sponsored series for Socialstars™.
I felt a chill in the air for the first time last week, and it scared me a little bit. It’s a reminder we’re in October, and I know how busy the last few months of the year are going to be. Between traveling and the blog, I’ll be booked solid through the holidays, and I can’t afford to run out of steam for even one day.
I’ve been pretty successful with warding off sickness over the years though. I’ve only had a cold twice in ten years, so I feel like I’m doing something right, and since I started using Ricola Herbal Immunity Lozenges last month, I feel even more confident that I’ll stay well and have the power to keep bringing my “A Game” every day.
I take them with me everywhere now! I need them to help keep my immune system strong, especially when I travel, and can’t get a full 8 or 9 hours of sleep nightly. Today for instance, I’m running on a mere 3 1/2 hours of sleep, and tonight I doubt I’m able to get more than 4 hours before waking up to head back to the airport.
Traveling is brutal, but Ricola Herbal Immunity Drops (which were created by master herbalists in Switzerland — one of the world’s healthiest (and happiest!) countries) harness the power of herbs, ginseng and vitamins B6, B12 and C to boost immunity strength and fight fatigue.
When I’m on the go, I’ll take a lozenge several times a day and let it dissolve in my mouth. Usually I’ll do that when I get on the plane, am taking a taxi or shuttle from the airport and then again when I’m in my hotel room.
Along with adding Ricola Herbal Immunity Lozenges into my routine, I am also very careful to wash my hands regularly and I try to never touch my face out in public. When you rub your eyes or nose, you’re making it even easier for germs to enter your system. Also, try not to bite your nails!
I also carry disinfectant wipes to clean off the multitude of germs on airplane trays, doorknobs, light switches and remote controls. It’s a scary world out there, y’all and I intend to stop any sicknesses from hitchhiking with me.
Want to keep your immunity in fighting condition when you’re busy and on the go too? Look for Ricola Herbal Immunity in either Honey Herb or Citrus Herb flavors at nationwide CVS, Walgreens and Rite-Aid stores.
