I kinda stink at eating healthy foods for every meal.

Don’t eat around a craving – Use conscious indulgence by finding a healthy alternative.
Satisfying proteins – Don’t cut out whole food groups. A moderate-protein balanced diet with fiber, carbs, and healthy fats is the best way to maintain a healthy weight. (Oikos Greek Nonfat yogurt has 12 -14g Protein (24%DV) while regular lowfat yogurt has 5g protein (10%DV) per 5.3oz.)
