Having a hydration spa party is a blast!
Having that party all by yourself….not so much. But I was sick most of last month and in self-quarantine, so I’m going to have to just tell you some of my spa party ideas and show you how I managed to have a bit of a spa night myself.
Throwing a Spa Party
Set the ambiance with pretty rolled towels, lots of pillows, greenery and flowers.
Soft, glowing candles add to the relaxing atmosphere.
Decide on spa treatments for the guests: facials, manicures or pedicures.
Display the products you’ll be using so that guests can choose what’s right for their skin type, and be sure to have products for sensitive skin on hand.
Serve fruit-infused water or tea for guests to stay hydrated. Water helps skin look younger and healthier, flushes toxins and helps your body retain important nutrients.
Have nutritious snacks and appetizers available to help hydrate your skin from within.
And then relax and enjoy the spa treatments (even if you’re all alone).
And because I deserved it after being sick so long, I gave myself a French manicure as well.
And remember that following all the Spring showers, there will be plenty of sunshine so be sure to wear a daily SPF lotion like Eucerin Daily Protection SPF 15 Moisturizing Body Lotion.
