Nike Air Max and Nike Flyknit Racer
These two pairs of shoes have been my absolute favorites lately. The Air Max are more stable and substantial and can fit my custom orthotics inside.
The Flyknit Racers are incredibly light and feel like wearing nothing!
Sole F-65 Treadmill
Buy here. Having a treadmill at home (his name is Tread Milliamson) makes it a million times easier to stay on track with my cardio! This one goes up to 15% incline and can be folded up to save floor space.
Buy here. I take a ZMA supplement every night. ZMA promotes more REM sleep throughout the night to allow your muscles to repair themselves better. I notice less muscle soreness when I’m taking this and it does help me fall asleep more easily.
BPI Sports Best BCAA Powder
Buy here. In my opinion, taking BCAAs is ESSENTIAL for maintaining a rigorous workout regimen. Sipping on these during a workout greatly decreases potential muscle soreness. BPI makes this one, which is one of my favorites.
6 Meal ISOBAG
Buy here. If you work outside the home or travel often, having one of these will make your life a lot easier. It comes with food containers that fit inside (and you can order extras if you need more) as well as cold packs that you freeze overnight. Just slide the cold packs into the slots, pack up your food, and it will stay cold and fresh all day.
Vega Sport Performance Protein
I love Vega Sport protein. It’s a vegan blend of protein from peas, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and alfalfa. It has low carbs and low fat, and there’s 25g protein in a 38g serving. I take it after each and every weights workout along with 5g of creatine.
