These pepperoni flatbread roll-ups make the perfect game day appetizer. Grab one quickly, because fresh from the oven, and oozing with pepperoni and melted cheese, they won’t last long. Whether eaten on their own or dunked into warm marinara sauce, they’re touchdown terrific!

Most of the flavor is taken care of simply by using a box of Krusteaz Italian Herb Flatbread Mix, and don’t we all love easy shortcuts like that?

Pepperoni Flatbread Roll-ups

Mix the flatbread dough and let rise according to package directions, then divide the dough into eight equal portions.

Shape each portion into a rectangle and top with pepperoni and cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese.
