There’s nothing like the fresh produce of summertime when farmer’s market season is in full swing and the selection is bountiful.
With a boost of Mexican flavor from Old El Paso® (they sent me a gift pack), I sliced, chopped and diced up some fresh veggies and made an appetizing dinner.
I had planned on making fajitas but I forgot to buy the skirt steak. Or chicken. *sigh* Fortunately, I had both Old El Paso® Taco and Fajita seasonings in the house along with a package of ground beef, so taco-style fajitas it would be.
The best of both worlds.
The super part about serving fajitas and tacos is that everyone can make them their own way. Whether you like them pretty simple like me, or you like to stuff them chock full of every topping you can get your hands on, there’s no wrong way to eat Old El Paso mexican.
It’s just dang delicious.
One lucky reader will win an Old El Paso Farmer’s Market gift pack which includes: Market basket, avocado keeper, chopper with storage bowls, Old El Paso® Taco & Fajita Tortillas, Old El Paso® Traditional Refried Beans, and Old El Paso® Taco Seasoning. (ARV $55)
