When I was little, my siblings and I would spend hours searching through toy catalogs in order to make our holiday wish lists. And every single year, my mom would goof up at least one of my gifts. Worse yet, sometimes she gave my little sister something from my list!
(Bitter. Black coffee bitter.)
So when I asked my best friend’s kids to tell me what they’d like this year, and they started hollering things like, “I want picture Barbie,” and “I want that Spiderman toy with webs”, I knew it was time for a Walmart Wish List.
I took the kids with me to the store and let them loose in the toy section, where I watched their wide eyes and happy smiles as they exclaimed to each other “Look at this, ” “Coooool,” and “I want this one!”
And I set up a wish list right there in Walmart made up of the toys they loved the best (and that I was willing to buy).
Heads up: Walmart holiday layaway is available now through December 14th.
