Pork Loin Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 27.2 oz Smithfield Roasted Garlic & Herb pork loin filet
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 12 oz pkg fresh broccoli florets
  • 12 oz bag baby carrots
  • 3 celery stalks washed and chopped
  • 1/2 sweet onion chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1 jalapeno chopped
  • 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts drained
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Szechuan sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add all ingredients except sauces. Mix together and stir fry covered for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes. Strain off extra liquid from skillet. Return to heat. Mix soy sauce and szechuan sauce together; add to pork and veggies. Mix well. Cover and let cook another 5 minutes.
  2. Serve over rice.
