27.2ozSmithfield Roasted Garlic & Herb pork loin filet
4Tbspolive oil
12ozpkg fresh broccoli florets
12ozbag baby carrots
3celery stalkswashed and chopped
½sweet onionchopped
1green bell pepperseeded and chopped
1jalapenochopped
8ozcan sliced water chestnutsdrained
2tspminced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2Tbspsoy sauce
½cupSzechuan sauce
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet. Add all ingredients except sauces. Mix together and stir fry covered for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes.
Strain off extra liquid from skillet. Return to heat. Mix soy sauce and szechuan sauce together; add to pork and veggies. Mix well. Cover and let cook another 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
