Nestle Crunch Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup + 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or 1 tsp ground cinnamon + 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt optional
  • 3 cups quick or old-fashioned oats uncooked
  • 1-1/2 cups Nestle Buncha Crunch or chopped Nestle Crunch bars

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed until creamy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  3. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
  4. Add oats and Nestle Crunch candy; mix well.
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire rack to cool completely.
