Asian Stir Fry with Carrot Spirals

  • 12-ounce package Green Giant® Veggie Spirals™ Carrot
  • 1 12-ounce package Green Giant® Steamers Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger peeled, minced
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
  • 1 8-ounce can water chestnuts drained


  1. Cook the Green Giant Veggie Spirals™ Carrot, and Green Giant® Steamers Broccoli Florets according to the package directions. Drain well and transfer to a medium bowl.

  2. Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger and cook until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce and heat until bubbling, about 1 minute. 

  3. Add the carrot spirals, broccoli florets and water chestnuts to the pan. Gently toss all ingredients together, and heat 2 minutes. Place in a serving dish. Top with the sesame seeds and sliced almonds. Serve hot.

Recipe Notes

Add diced grilled tofu or cooked chicken, pork, beef or shrimp for added protein.
