Ingredients

canola oil

broccoli florets

vegetable broth

salt

sweet red chili sauce

romaine lettuce

cherry or grape tomatoes

red pepper, chopped
Instructions
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat; add broccoli; saute for a few minutes until it turns bright green.
Add vegetable broth, bring to a simmer. Cover; let steam for about 5 minutes or until broccoli reaches desired tenderness.
Salt and toss with a sweet red chili sauce.
Notes
Serve hot as is, or serve on top of some greens with tomatoes and sweet peppers.
