Steak and Potato Foil Packet Dinners
- 2 lbs strip steak (or steak of your choice), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 3 ears of corn, quartered
- 8 ounces carrots
- 1 lb button mushrooms
Put beef chunks in sealable gallon-sized plastic bag. Mix together bouillon and water separately, then add to bag to coat beef. Let marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Preheat grill to 450 degrees. Lay out four large sheets of aluminum foil on work surface and divide steak and veggie ingredients between the four sheets of foil, placing in center of each. Carefully fold up ends of foil to make a sealed packet, leaving space for steam to escape at top. Wrap with a second piece of foil in opposite direction.
Place over indirect heat on grill and let cook with lid closed for 45 minutes-1 hour, rotating a couple times during cooking. Check for desired meat doneness and veggie tenderness. Remove from grill and let stand for a few minutes before carefully opening the foil packets to serve.
