This easy chicken curry recipe cuts down on time but not on flavor! Serve over basmati rice or hot noodles with a side of Naan bread and dinner is done!

3garlic cloves, minced
1lbcooked chicken, chopped
1/4cupcashews, walnuts, almonds or pecans
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion for 2 minutes. Add curry, cumin and garlic; continue cooking a few more minutes or until onion is tender.
Stir in chicken, sour cream, milk, 1/4 cup raisins, salt and sugar. Reduce heat to medium, stirring frequently for 10-15 minutes until thoroughly heated. Spoon over cooked noodles or basmati rice. Sprinkle with remaining raisins and nuts.
