Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut round steak into smaller serving pieces. Salt and pepper both sides, then brown both sides in skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from heat
Meanwhile, add beef bouillon to boiling water; stir to dissolve completely.
Pour beef bouillon mixture over round steaks. Pour tomato soup over top. Add bay leaves and oregano. Add potatoes and onions. Cover and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
Add drained green beans to top. Uncover; bake 20 minutes and serve. (Remove bay leaves before serving.) Season with salt and pepper to taste.
