Instructions
Place chopped apples in a bowl and toss with lemon juice. Pour out remaining lemon juice, then add Domino® Light and cinnamon. Cook apples in a microwave for 1 minute and set aside to cool.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and lightly flour a 13”x9”x2” baking pan; set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, cream Domino® Light and butter with electric mixer on medium speed, until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla, mix. Add eggs, one at a time, scraping down the sides of bowl with each addition. Reduce to a low speed, slowly add flour mixture into wet ingredients.
Pour into prepared baking pan. Layer apple filling evenly over cake batter. Bake 18-20 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine all topping ingredients by hand, until mixture forms crumbs. Once cake is baked, sprinkle crumbs evenly over the top.
Continue baking for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before cutting into slices.
