These tempting sweet and salty cornflake candy treats make a wonderful addition to a holiday cookie tray but are so easy to make that you'll want them year-round.
6cupscornflakes(amount can be altered according to preference)
Instructions
In a large, heavy saucepan over medium to medium-high heat, cook sugar and corn syrup, stirring to dissolve sugar completely. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir in cornflakes.
Working quickly, drop candy onto greased baking sheet or parchment paper in clusters. Let sit to cool and harden before storing in an airtight container.
