Corn and black bean salad is a light, refreshing summer salad with corn, beans, peppers, onions and fresh cilantro tossed in a quick picante sauce dressing.
Mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight. Stir before serving.
