Ingredients
16oz bagfrozen whole kernel cornthawed
115 ounce canblack beansrinsed and drained
115 ounce canblack-eyed peasrinsed and drained
1mediumgreen pepperchopped
1/4sweet onionchopped
1/2cupchopped cilantro
116-ounce jarpicante sauce
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight. Stir before serving.
