I made some pumpkin spice Cheerios bark.

Because pumpkin spice.

And fall.

And pumpkin spice.

It had to be done.

Pumpkin Spice Cheerios Bark

Did you even know they made Pumpkin Spice Cheerios? Actually, they’re limited edition, so grab a box or two while the gettin’s good. They’re yummy in a bowl, in a handful from the box (we all do that, don’t even pretend) or in this pumpkin spice Cheerios bark where pumpkin treats meet cereal snacks.

I added raisins too. We’re raisins people.

But you don’t have to, if you’re not a raisin people person.

Pumpkin Spice Cheerios Bark

All you need is the box of Pumpkin Spice Cheerios, bark (vanilla) and some raisins (if you do them). Melt the vanilla bark and spread it out on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with the Cheerios and raisins and boom. Ya done.

You can refrigerate it for a few minutes to harden the bark a bit, then break it into irregular pieces and snack away!

Just so’s ya know… a box of Pumpkin Spice Cheerios showed up in the mail one day from General Mills (thanks!), so I couldn’t resist having some fun with it. The pumpkin spice Cheerios bark was the result.

Enjoy!
