Creaky Joints Up in This Joint

This year was the year that I realized – I mean really realized – that I’m not going to be young forever. I found a gray hair. Just the one, but still. I started seeing teeny wrinkles around my eyes. I can’t recover from workouts as fast as I used to, which is a total bummer for someone who’s at the gym 4-5 times a week.

But most of all, I’ve noticed that I wake up with some kind of ache or pain almost every day. Sometimes it’s my neck, sometimes it’s my back. Lately, it’s been my joints.

Packing Progress

This week I finally moved from eastern North Carolina to the Raleigh area. (Yay!) I hired movers to do the heavy lifting, but unfortunately I didn’t escape the manual labor altogether.

Some items I brought with me are fragile and sentimental, so I didn’t want to risk them breaking from being bumped around in the back of a moving truck. I carried them to my car myself, involving a flight of stairs down, and then another flight of stairs back up to the front door of the new place.

Chanelle's apartment living room

On top of that, the home I moved into is large, with hard floors in most of the rooms, and I’ve noticed my feet and knees aching from all the walking from room to room. I can confidently say this is the first time I’ve ever gotten tired just from walking around the house.

Nature Made Triple Flex joint supplement

To help keep my joints healthy during this busy time, I picked up a Nature Made TripleFlex triple strength joint supplement at Walmart. When I run errands, I can’t stand wasting time going from store to store, so I like that I can get groceries, prescriptions, and supplements all in one place at Walmart. The low prices and locations wherever you go don’t hurt either!

Nature Made at Walmart

TripleFlex contains glucosamine and chondroitin, which I’m sure you’re already familiar with, but it also contains a third ingredient: MSM. MSM contains sulfur which the body uses for collagen, connective tissue, and joint cartilage. Bingo! Exactly what I need. Since Nature Made® is the #1 Pharmacist Recommended brand for many key dietary supplement categories*, I trust them and always have a few of their products in my arsenal. There are tons to choose from for whatever nutritional gap you may need support for.†

Do you take a joint supplement?

Nature Made® vitamins and supplements: An easy, convenient way to help your body get the nutritional support it needs every day, whether it be to support bone health, immune health or energy metabolism (helping convert food into energy).† Get yours at Walmart stores or online here!
