Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 scoop Premier Protein Vanilla Milkshake protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries, banana, milk, orange juice and protein powder in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
