Lemonade Cake

  • 1 15.25 oz pkg lemon cake mix
  • 1 lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 1 6-oz can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In mixer, blend together cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and cake begins to pull away from edges of pan. Cool in pan about 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, prepare glaze. In medium bowl,  whisk together lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar. 

  4. Thoroughly poke warm cake through to bottom with a large utility fork. Slowly pour or spoon glaze over cake until completely absorbed. Cool.
