Preheat the oven to 350℉. Coat a 9-inch glass pie dish with nonstick spray.
Spread 1 cup of the apples evenly in the bottom of the dish.
Separate the cinnamon rolls and cut each one into quarters. Add the pieces to a large bowl with the remaining ½ cup of apples and the raisins.
In a small bowl, stir together the butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Pour this mixture over the cinnamon roll mixture and toss to coat. Spoon everything evenly over the apples in the pie dish.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is deep golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then flip it onto a serving plate. Warm the icing from the tube and drizzle it over the top. Serve right away when still warm.
