This cinnamon roll apple bake starts with a layer of chopped apples, then adds cinnamon roll pieces mixed with more apples, raisins, and a quick brown sugar butter sauce. It bakes into a sticky, golden topping that flips out over the apples and gets finished with warm icing. Simple steps, quick prep, and plenty of cinnamon apple flavor.

Easy Tweaks and Variations

  • Use pears instead of apples, and dried cranberries instead of raisins.
  • Swap corn syrup for maple syrup or honey.
  • Add chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch.
  • Stir in a spoonful of apple butter for extra flavor.
  • Add a pinch of nutmeg or allspice for warmer spice.
