Prepare Krusteaz Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake as directed on box; let cool.
Prepare vanilla pudding as directed on box, but use milk AND eggnog instead of just milk. Chill.
Cut crumb cake into 1/2-inch cubes.
In a trifle dish, layer half the pudding, half the crumb cake cubes, all of the apple pie filling, half the whipped topping, then the other half of the crumb cake cubes, pudding and whipped topping. (Note: there is only one layer of apple pie filling.) Store in refrigerator.
