2 Day Detox Diet – Five Reasons It’s Worth Trying

I’ve always been afraid to try a 2 day detox diet. Heck, even a one day detox diet scared me, because I’m a rule breaker who likes to crunch. It sounds silly, but the crunching satisfies me, and the rule breaker part… well, that’s straight up rebellion.

But I really needed to noticeably improve my health, and the only way to start was to kick myself in the tuckus. So I just finished the WeightNot 2 day detox diet, and you know what? It wasn’t bad!

Make no mistake about it — I totally missed crunching and my diet soda, but it was worth it and here’s why:

Five Reasons to Try the WeightNot 2 Day Detox Diet

For the record, these are my results, and yours may be different. I’m sure you know that, but…

1. It satisfied my hunger.

I hate being hungry! And if you tell me I can’t have something, I want it more. That’s why regimented diet plans have never lasted more than two days for me, but since the WeighFast Detox is only two days, I knew I could do it. And it legit satisfied my hunger. I was always ready for the next shake, let’s be clear on that, but I never felt on the verge of losing control.

2. I lost weight.

At the end of the two days, I had lost 3 pounds, and since the WeightNot Two-Day detox plan is designed to help you lose 2-3 pounds (and sometimes more), I was very happy with that.

3. I drank more water.

Not only was I using water to make the shakes, but I found myself drinking water regularly between shakes. Normally I’m sipping on a diet soda, but those are not allowed during the detox diet, so I drank lots of water and felt better for it! Drinking water throughout the fast helps extract and flush the toxins.

4. It reduced bloating.

I don’t even know if it’s supposed to cut the bloat, but it did for me. The modified fasting plan provides specific nutritional fuel to the liver, which in turn helps it process and eliminate toxins, and because the program involves a fast, no new toxins are ingested. I’m guessing those toxins were contributing to the bloat. Who knows?

5. I felt better.

Other than not being able to crunch, I really did feel better. I had more energy, more focus, and I made it through the afternoons without napping. WeighFast is NOT a colon cleanse, so there’s a much higher nutritional density and far greater efficacy than a “juice fast” or “green smoothie cleanse”.

WeightNot 2 day detox diet

After the WeighFast 2 day detox diet, those who want to continue weight loss may do so with one of WeighNot’s complete, three-stage holistic weight loss plans. In fact, you can apply the cost of your WeighFast detox diet toward a full plan purchase!
