This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx.com on behalf of Conagra Brands. Nutritious frozen meals made easy!

As much as I love cooking from scratch, there are days when I don’t have the time or energy for it, so I like keeping nutritious frozen meals on hand to ensure I still eat well.

(The urge to call for take-out can be intense sometimes.)

I recently had the chance to receive a #GoodEats box with some new frozen meals from Conagra that I’m pretty excited about, so if you’re a fan of nutritious and convenient frozen meals and side dishes, try a few of these modern twists on classics!

Nutritious Frozen Meals

Birds Eye Veggie Made™ Garlic Chicken Bowl

If you’ve never tried pasta made from 100% vegetables, now’s your chance. Try the Birds Eye Veggie Made Garlic Chicken Bowl.

The single-serve chicken bowl is loaded with big chunks of white meat, zucchini lentil rotini pasta, broccoli, carrots and corn bathed in a delicious savory garlic sauce.

The meal takes less than 5 minutes to prepare in the microwave and comes with a half-cup of vegetables per serving because the pasta is the vegetables!

Enjoy veggie goodness in every comforting bite!

Gardein Classic Meatless Meatballs

I’m huge into eating plant-based meals but I’ve been hesitant to try plant-based protein for some reason. But, the trend isn’t going anywhere – it’s wildly popular, so tasting Gardein Classic meatless meatballs seemed like a harmless way for me to jump on the bandwagon and give it a try.

All I had to do was add the meatballs to my favorite marinara sauce and let it all simmer for about 15 minutes, and guys, I was shocked! The texture was meaty and tender, and the seasoning was spot-on. I was super impressed, and since there are 14 grams of protein per serving, it’s a perfect protein alternative.

The meatballs are also certified vegan, non-GMO, dairy-free and kosher.  It’s going to be one of my go-to nutritious frozen meals from here on out! So appetizing!

Birds Eye Oven Roasters Sheet Pan Vegetables – Broccoli & Cauliflower

I loved the Birds Eye OvenRoasters Sheet Pan Vegetables sooooo much! Instead of spending time washing and chopping veggies to prepare them for roasting, I just pre-heated my oven, sprayed my baking pan and spread the perfectly pre-seasoned veggies in a single layer before roasting them for about 20 minutes. (I stirred them once halfway through.)

They were absolutely delicious and they didn’t have any artificial preservatives or flavors – just yummy veggie goodness!

I’m going to be serving these a heck of a lot at my house, both on their own and over a bed of rice.

Loved, loved, loved.

Udi’s Sweet Potato Crust Chicken BBQ Pizza

I was excited to try this gluten-free and grain-free pizza because it’s pizza (need I say more?) and because my daughter is gluten-free, so it would make a fantastic frozen meal option for both of us to stock up on.

The crust of Udi’s BBQ Flavored Chicken Pizza is made from sweet potatoes and it’s really tasty! Topped with melty and ooey gooey mozzarella and smoked gouda cheese,  sweet BBQ sauce and white meat chicken, I loved it at first bite.

Who knew gluten-free pizza could be so delicious? Plus, it bakes in less than 15 minutes!

All of this sounds so delicious. I haven’t tried plant-based protein either. I’ve been a bit hesitant because I love my meat. I really want to try that pizza. Love sweet potatoes.

Udi’s pizza is really good. I agree! And, though I prefer fresh veggies, I get so busy that the Birds Eye Oven Roasters Sheet Pan Vegetables would be a tremendous idea and I do love broccoli and cauliflower.

Frozen foods get a bad rap as not being healthy, but there are many options that aren’t. I really like all of these options for healthy meals.

These are all awesome options. Most people think frozen foods are unhealthy. Of course you can choose to go unhealthy, but healthy options like this make life easier and keep us eating healthy food.
