I created this Peach Breeze Coolers recipe as part of a sponsored post.
The perfect complement to a weekend brunch is a light, refreshing beverage, and this Peach Breeze Cooler is one of my go-to favorites. I can’t think of a better way to sweeten summer than to serve cold sips of this delicious libation.
The best part is that you can choose to enjoy it on its own or sparkled with a bit of champagne.
In both the sparkling and non-sparkling versions, I reduced the calories by using Sweet ‘N Low zero calorie sweetener. It means the sweetness you love is there, but the extra calories aren’t. It’s also diabetic friendly.
I use frozen peaches as they bring extra coolness and a bit of a slushiness to the drink. Also, it’s easier than cutting up fresh peaches, but you could absolutely do that if you wanted to. With summer’s fresh fruit bounty at its best, this would be the time to try it.
Toss the peaches into a blender along with the juice of 2 limes, Sweet ‘N Low, and some natural cranberry juice. Blend until smooth, and serve in a pretty glass garnished with a fresh peach slice.
If you’d like to turn it into a sparkling cocktail, pour 2 parts champagne over 1 part of the peach drink. Either way, it’s refreshingly delicious!
