I had no idea how many people ate out the day after Christmas! My boyfriend and I went into Denny’s for lunch, and it was completely packed. I mean, every table was full.
It makes sense, because you can get a really good meal for a super affordable price. Denny’s value menu alone is worth the trip in.
With meals priced at $2, $4, $6 and $8, every appetite can be satisfied, big or small.
I almost always find a $4 option that suits my fancy, and that’s exactly what happened this time with the Everyday Value Slam®.
It came with two buttermilk pancakes, two eggs cooked to order and two bacon strips or two sausage links.
That’s a lot of food for $4, right? My pancakes were huge-amongous, by the way!
Now on the other side of my table was the $8-sized appetite, so he ordered the Country Fried Eggs Skillet.
It was a big ol’ country-fried steak smothered in rich country gravy, and it came with two eggs atop seasoned red-skinned potatoes, fire-roasted bell peppers and onions and shredded Cheddar cheese served on a sizzlin’ hot skillet.
You can see the gravy was sizzling on the skillet when it arrived — piping hot!
I’ve been working with Denny’s for several years now, because they truly do offer really great tasting meals that are budget-friendly, and they are big supporters of the No Kid Hungry campaign which is such a great cause. It’s a total win-win!
Denny’s value menu makes it easier to eat out on a budget with the whole family! And remember kids eat free on Tuesdays from 4-10pm when dining with paying adults. Visit Dennys.com to find a restaurant near you, and check with your local restaurant for details and specials.
