My guys are huge coffee drinkers but have never done the cold brew thing (late to the party, I know) so we started simply by adding 1 part concentrate to 1 part liquid of their choice. In our case, it was milk, but you could use nut milk, water or add a splash to your favorite protein smoothie.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Coffee Icebox Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- ⅓ cup smooth peanut butter
- ⅔ cup chocolate sauce
- 2 tablespoons Chameleon Cold Brew coffee concentrate
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Optional: Chocolate peels for garnish
Instructions
- In small bowl mix together cookie crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie plate.
- In large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, condensed milk, peanut butter, chocolate sauce and coffee concentrate until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour over crust. Freeze 6-8 hours or overnight. Garnish with chocolate peels.
