bacon cheese biscuit bites

These easy bacon cheese biscuit bites pull apart into hot and fluffy bite-sized puffs loaded with cheesy goodness, bacon chunks and green onions.

They make a nice change of pace from a traditional biscuit or dinner roll or they can be served as an appetizer. They’re mouthwateringly good!

Easy Bacon Cheese Biscuit Bites

You’ll start by mixing the eggs and milk together in a bowl.

Then take a tube of refrigerated biscuits and cut each of the biscuits into quarters, turning to coat.

Add bacon pieces (these are my favorite), onions and cheese, stirring to coat all the biscuit pieces.

mix everything together

Spray a 9-inch round baking pan with cooking spray, then place biscuit mix evenly into the pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-28 minutes, and then dig in. They are absolutely delicious!!!!

I like them the best when they’re hot from the oven so plan on serving them right away, but we did eat all our leftovers later too.

HOW TO STORE LEFTOVER BACON CHEESE BISCUIT BITES

Place biscuits in an airtight container or plastic bag to prevent drying out. They will remain fresh for one or two days at room temperature.

HOW TO FREEZE LEFTOVER BISCUIT BITES

Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and then wrap again with foil. Put inside freezer bag and place in freezer.

HOW TO REHEAT LEFTOVER BISCUIT BITES

To reheat from frozen, remove from plastic bag and unwrap. Rewrap in a damp paper towel and place in microwave-safe container with lid (loosely covering, not sealed). Heat on medium power (50%) for 1- 1 1/2 minutes, depending on how many biscuit bites are being reheated. Repeat in 15-second increments as needed to heat through completely. There’s always some moisture loss when reheating so they won’t be the same, but this method will help to retain as much moisture as possible.
